01 / Product Construction

Plan the Sock Body and Grip as One Specification

The feature reference brings together the ribbed cuff, textured knit zones, logo placement and a rectangular grip-pattern close-up. Develop these elements around the intended training activity and whether the sock will be worn inside footwear or used for floor exercises.

The images provide a grip design direction rather than a complete sole specification. Approve the full coverage boundary, pattern spacing, grip material and adhesion on samples, together with cuff fit, knit construction and washing criteria.

02 / Size and Height Planning

Use the Size Guide to Start the Fit Review

The supplied guide illustrates S at EU 35–38, 22–24 cm foot length and 12–15 cm leg height; M at EU 39–42, 24–26 cm and 14–17 cm; L at EU 43–46, 26–28 cm and 16–19 cm; and XL at EU 47–50, 28–30 cm and 18–21 cm.

Treat the chart as a development reference. Confirm the measurement method, finished sock dimensions, stretch and wearer fit on samples. The separate US size labels are illustrative; agree the final UK, US, EU or Australian size mapping for your customer group before printing labels.

The colour reference shows light grey, navy, dark grey, white and black, with contrasting line accents around the toe and side. Use these as starting points for a gym collection, studio range or private label assortment.

Specify the sock body, contrast details, logo and grip colours separately. Share physical swatches or colour references, then approve the match on the chosen yarn and grip material. Record the quantity mix by size and colourway.

Questions About This Training Grip Sock

Can the sole grip pattern and logo be customised?

Share the desired grip artwork, coverage area, colour and logo placement. The supplied rectangular pattern is a design reference; approve the complete sole layout and branding on physical samples before bulk production.

Are the size-chart values final production measurements?

No. The S–XL chart is a starting reference for size planning. Confirm the measuring method, finished dimensions, stretch and wearer fit on samples, then approve the size labels and market-specific shoe-size mapping.

Can we develop a different sock height or colour combination?

Include the preferred cuff height, fit, body colour, contrast details and grip colour in your brief. Confirm the construction and colour match on the chosen materials through sampling before approving the order.

What do we need for a quotation and repeat orders?

Send the intended activity, footwear or floor use, sizes, quantities by colour, sock height, grip artwork, branding, packing and delivery requirements. MOQ, sampling and production timing are confirmed for the final specification. Use the approved sample and specification as the reference for restocks.
